Film coated paper can be divided into single film coated and double film coated. However, food packaging generally adopts single film coated, i.e. there is a layer of film coated inside.  As the paper is not waterproof, the waterproof and anti-oil leakage effect can be achieved after being coated with the film. The film is made of food-grade materials and is nontoxic.  In our daily life, we usually use paper cups with single coated paper (cold drink cups with double coated paper), and many small foods such as baked wheat cake and chestnut also use single coated paper.  Food moistureproof coated paper is also divided into single and double drenches.  Generally, single-sided coated paper is single-coated, of course, there are also double-coated single-sided coated paper, because the paper surface is generally 20g thick and the parting surface is generally 15g thin, so the coated paper is relatively flat.  If it is coated paper with 22 grams of both sides, it is more suitable for making double-sided coated paper.

Of course, there are other food packaging uses such as wrapping paper for chicken fillet, pancake, chestnut, barbecue, etc.  It is non-toxic to use and contain various fried snacks and other foods, and also has the effects of preventing oil, moisture and water.  Food-grade coated paper is coated with food-grade Pe film on the basis of base paper. Food-grade pe film and advanced coating technology are used to coat the base paper with films with different gram weights.  Food grade coated paper is generally made of whole wood pulp paper, especially in the food packaging industry. If straw pulp paper is used, there will be a lot of paper scraps and easy edge breakage during die cutting.
